After you've done all the above, you're ready to begin testing your system. The changes made above

will only get you started. You've probably noticed nothing has actually changed yet. Changing the IP

address didn't disconnect you. So you'll need to activate the changes you made above.

Select the File pull-down menu (see fig 9). In it you'll see: save changes, activate changes, reboot

machine, and exit. You may save your changes at any time. You may activate changes without saving

them to ensure that they work properly before saving them permanently, or you can reboot the machine.
